Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and shipped on the next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to stock availability.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from our logistics partner Global-e as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

  • During busy periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing and shipping may take slightly longer.


Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days after shipment.

  • In some cases, delivery can take up to 21 business days, depending on your location and other external factors.

  • Estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed at checkout.

Note: Delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather, customs checks, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $40

Shipping Availability & Restrictions

To check if an item can be shipped to your country:

  1. Click on the flag icon in the top-right corner of our homepage and select your country.

  2. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. If shipping is unavailable, checkout will not be possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can check the delivery status at any time using this link.

Delivery Address Options

We deliver to:

  • Home addresses

  • Business addresses

Note: We do not offer in-store pickup at this time.


Economy Shipping Availability

Economy (airmail) shipping is only available for packages under 2 kg.

If your order exceeds 2 kg, only standard or express options will be available. Shipping methods and prices will be shown during checkout.


Delivery Modifications & Delays

  • Airmail: We cannot delay or intercept shipments sent by airmail. If undelivered, the package will be returned to us and refunded upon receipt (may take several weeks).

  • Express Shipping: We may be able to request a delayed delivery depending on the courier and location. Contact us with your availability and we’ll do our best to assist.


Changing or Combining Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or combined with other orders. Each order is processed individually.
