At Feetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policies below.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • You must include your order number or other identifying information inside the return.

  • Returns must be approved through our Return Portal before being sent.

  • You must use the prepaid return label provided by us. Unauthorized returns or returns sent using other labels will be denied.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items not in original condition

How to Return Your Order

  1. Start your return: Use our Return Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Approval & return label: Once approved, we’ll provide a return address and prepaid label.

  3. Pack your items: Secure the item(s) in their original packaging.

  4. Ship it: Use the provided label and share the tracking number with us.

  5. Refund: After inspection, refunds are processed within 3 business days.


Refund Deductions (If Item is Used)

Slight exterior dirt or staining 30%
Worn soles, interior use, visible wear, odors 50%

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.


Damaged Items on Arrival

  1. Take clear photos of the damage and the label.

  2. Email them to contact@feetics.com within 5 days of delivery.

  3. We’ll send a free replacement. If a second issue occurs, we’ll issue a full refund.


Lifetime Warranty

Our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in material or craftsmanship.

  • Covers 1 replacement per item.

  • You must purchase 1 warranty per item for full coverage.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours with no fee.

  • After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee applies (based on pre-discount price).


Partial Refunds

We may, at our discretion, offer:

  • A partial refund to your original payment method or a gift card.

  • Once accepted, this is considered final settlement for that item.

Please evaluate carefully before accepting.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We're here to help. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in legal action. We maintain a transparent and fair return process and are committed to working with you.
